Pipeline Surf Point

Obviously I want a laptop…But I’ve been having a hard decision choosing what I need. I’m on a budget of $700 at the most.
I want to do average video editing and some photoshop.
I know that gaming on a laptop isn’t that good and that you should go for a desktop, so I already ruled that out.
So..some video editing and some photoshop
And you know..the other everyday things like…Media, Internet surfing, Email..etc…
So, are these good specs for what I want:

I saw it on a picture when I was surfing the web. It said ” I am a fecophiliac” on a picture of Kyle from South Park. Are they justing making something up, or is it real?

I’m going with three friends for a week and were staying in the Elements surf hotel in Bude, we have a car and we’d just like to know what sort of things there are to do around there anything from beaches, clubs, zoos, parks etc ANYTHING Thanks.

I really want to learn how to surf, but everyone knows Fort Myers Beach has some of the most pitiful surf on the Gulf Coast.
I even have a surf board! I’ve been waiting for a hurricane, but they never seem to come anymore.
Anyway, if anyone knows of the closest place to go for a place to learn how to surf please tell me.
