    Nothing happens u dont get the pokemon u migrated yet though but dont worry because u get to go try again to catch pokemon.

    nothing. you dont keep any of the pokemon, its all or nothing. you can go back and they will still be there, you just cant migrate any more pokemon until you catch all of those. you must catch all of them for you to officially have them, in your pc or anywhere. that heppened to me once, i forgot a pokemon with surf, but its fine, just go back and try again.
