Where Is The Best Place To Learn To Surf In Central Or South America?

The best wave I’ve seen is at Cerro Azul in Peru. It is a slow, very even tube that starts at an inlet (which means you can almost walk to the wave) and ends in an old pier.

    Try to go to Costa Rica, they have really nice beaches and waves are great….atlantic preferred..!

    Punta del Este in Uruguay. There are many surf schools where they can teach you, and waves are high but ok but there are many places perfect to someone who has already started!!
