What Do You Think Of This Pc System?

Obviously everyone has different needs, but I basically want a really good computer that I’m not going to have to upgrade for at least five years. I don’t do a lot of gaming but I want to be able to use my PC as a PVR while I surf the net, do some image editing and listen to music. If this system lasts you for 5 years I’d be surprised! That’s not to say it’s not a decent enough computer. The fact you don’t game much will probably help. If you notice your machine isn’t performing as well as it needs to be to do what you want then I would probably upgrade the video card, by then there’ll probably be 2 gig ram sticks for a reasonable price so I’d upgrade that too. Otherwise, enjoy your new computer!

The system looks pretty good cept maybe for the video card being integrated, like others said it’s better to get a dedicated one. Other than that surfing, editing pictures and listening music shouldn’t be a problem with that system and it will last several years for sure.

I would get a dedicated video card- if you want to run Windows Vista on it in the future, it is very graphics heavy.

good to go with this one. I would of been happy with just somthing simple like xp media edition and 1024Mbs of RAM with HT thats all I need in a computer….

your specs are good to go for a while, however for ur multimedia needs ur way better off getting an external HDD either firewire,or USB 2.0,I think Firewire is still more superior than usb 2.0,just check both specs,if usb 2.0 is better, then get an external HDD at 2.0 with 7200 RPM or better.media cause lots of crap to happen so make it an external thing for ur computer and urself when u go bonkers!
